[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Interior designing is a perfect balance of art and science. If the equilibrium is struck right, you are sure to get a space that’s going to be the talk of the town. Here are a few thumb rules while designing any space.  First is creation of symmetry. If the elements and the accessories look too over crowded or too under played, it is sure to spoil your décor. Secondly, colours and materials are of prime importance.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”12555″ size=”full” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”12557″ size=”full” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Now that we have these 2 vital points in mind, let’s progress from one space to another.

We’ll begin with coffee tables and end tables. Always remember to choose a table depending on the size of the room. It shouldn’t feel extremely intimidating or large compared to your room. Now, whatever you choose to decorate your table with, always have one element that is of primal importance. Then balance it with smaller elements on either sides. Remember, the smaller elements should be of the same size, color and texture. While styling tables, it is also important to keep the entire composition in mind. Do not see the accessories as an individual element. See the whole picture before you start decorating. The final picture could be depending on a particular theme, or color or design style or even shapes. Sometimes having a tray keeps the accessories neat and tidy too.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”12558″ size=”full” align=”right” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”12559″ size=”full” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The next important factor after styling your tables are the walls. It’s always important to keep the same designing going forward. But again a few obvious ways of prettying up your walls are clocks. It is chic and looks elegant. You can also choose small frame of painting/photos. Create a particular pattern and put the painting in that very pattern. People are also experimenting with fabric hangings and wall decals. The beauty of it is that one large fabric or an interesting wall decal instantly pumps in life and livens up your space.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”12560″ size=”full” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”12561″ size=”full” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Moving on from walls, we arrive at the consoles or the décor of the foyer passages. Consoles are the most interesting pieces of furniture. It can double up as a design cum storage place most conveniently. So choose wisely – is it a one – shelf piece or multi-shelf piece? It is always advisable to keep the top most part for knick-knacks and accessories. It could be plant, it could be figurines, it could even be a simple tall vase. Next choose your storage boxes. So it it’s wood, choose artificial wooden boxes. It it’s natural fabric, choose jute boxes with a touch of colorful ribbons. Make sure to break the space again with a little green. The space above the console is also very important. You could put up a nice wall-hanging or a piece of beautiful painting to create balance and symmetry.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Study areas should be kept simple and minimalistic. Make sure to have designated places for your important stuff. This prevents over cluttering. Add a few greens and accessories or photos that are personal. That’s it! Your study space is ready to work in.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”12565″ size=”full” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][us_single_image image=”12563″ size=”full” align=”center” lightbox=”1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Your beds and sofa areas more or less follow the same principle. Keep it either very neat and tidy or simply a pretty, organized mess. Have lots of pillows, runners, quilts and drapes to create a sense of flow. Choose one primary color or contrasting shades.  Be sure to add a touch of green everywhere. It makes a house a home.

So doll up and live pretty![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
