As a Site Supervisor, your responsibility includes:
– Requires strong civil site knowledge
– Ensure on-site material quality
– Co-ordination with designers, subcontractor, vendors and labours
– Planning of next day work in advance
– Get the maximum output from labour
– Maintain the cleanliness of site & prepare daily report, Department labour bill
– Taking measurement, project schedule
– Maintain the site record and complete the work under timeline
– Experience of 2 years or more
